FAQ
How much does an inground pool cost in Jacksonville?
Every pool is priced on its size, shape, finishes and extras like a spa, deck or pool house. After a free site visit you get a written, itemized quote before any work starts.
How long does it take to build a pool?
It depends on the design, permits and weather. Your written proposal includes a timeline, and we keep you updated at every stage.
Can you build a pool house or cabana too?
Yes. We build pool houses and cabanas along with the pool, so one team handles your whole backyard.
Do you remodel existing pools?
Yes. We update older pools with new finishes, tile, decking and equipment.
Do you handle permits and inspections?
Yes. Artegiano Contracting is a licensed and insured Florida general contractor (CGC1535234). We pull the permits and schedule the county inspections for your project.
How do payments work?
You pay on a draw schedule tied to completed work, never a big payment up front for work that hasn’t happened.
What areas do you serve?
Jacksonville and Duval, St. Johns, Clay and Nassau counties, including Jacksonville Beach, Ponte Vedra Beach, St. Augustine, Orange Park, Fleming Island and Fernandina Beach.
